MyFundedPerps is a simulated perpetual-futures trading platform. Choose an evaluation, meet its targets while following its risk rules, and complete the funding requirements to receive a simulated funded account. Eligible funded traders can request payouts under their account’s terms. Is this real trading with real money? All evaluation and funded trading is simulated. Prices and order books come from real markets, but your orders do not execute on an exchange. Challenge fees buy access to an evaluation; they are not trading deposits. Approved cash payouts are real payments. Who can participate? You must meet the age and residency requirements in the Terms of Use and provide accurate account information. Use one personal login; you can manage multiple eligible challenge accounts within it. Registration and checkout enforce the platform’s current country restrictions. How do I get started? Open the challenge selector, choose an available plan and size, and review its evaluation rules, funded payout terms, and final price. Complete checkout, then select the issued account from your dashboard. If purchases are unavailable, follow the availability message shown in the app. Compare available challenges Who is behind MyFundedPerps? MyFundedPerps comes from the team behind My Funded Futures. Read the current Terms of Use and Trading Disclaimer for the operating entity and service terms. Challenge Plans and Pricing 6 questions What challenge plans are available? Select, Prime, and Signature are all 1-Step evaluations. Each offers $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, and $100,000 accounts. Compare the profit target, static maximum drawdown, fee, and optional profit-split upgrade before choosing a plan. Compare challenge plans What account sizes can I choose? You can choose from $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, and $100,000 account sizes for all plans. How much does a challenge cost? The fee depends on the plan, account size, and any profit-split upgrade. Check the challenge selector for current prices and review the final checkout total before paying. Challenge fees are one-time charges, not trading deposits. Checkout applies the PERPS offer automatically when available. Another eligible discount or affiliate code replaces it; codes do not stack. The final total includes the selected upgrade and confirmed discount. View current challenge prices How do the plans' trading rules compare? Select has a 9% profit target and 3% static maximum drawdown. Prime has a 12% profit target and 5% static maximum drawdown. Signature has a 10% profit target and 6% static maximum drawdown. All three have a 3% daily loss limit, no consistency rule, no minimum trading-day requirement, and no evaluation time limit. Percentages use starting balance. The profit target uses realized balance; loss limits use equity, including open-position profit or loss. The standard funded profit split is 80% to you, with an optional 90/10 upgrade at checkout. Eligible funded accounts can request one payout per New York calendar day. Is there a time limit to finish the evaluation? No. Select, Prime, and Signature evaluations have no completion deadline or minimum trading-day requirement. Reach the realized profit target while staying within the daily loss and maximum loss limits. Funded-account inactivity rules are separate from evaluation completion rules. What is the maximum allocation I can trade? You can hold up to $300,000 in total active funded allocation, with a maximum of $100,000 per model type: Select, Prime, and Signature. Original account sizes add together within each model, so two $50,000 accounts use that model’s full allowance. A passed account that would exceed either limit enters Funding Review after identity verification and agreement completion. Review does not guarantee funding. Failed, closed, and archived accounts no longer use active allocation; any later approval must still remain within both limits. Trading Rules 11 questions What markets can I trade? The platform offers crypto, stocks, commodities, indices, and forex markets. Open Markets to see the current instruments, source venues, and availability. Trading and balances are simulated, using real market data. Crypto trades around the clock. Other instruments can have scheduled market closures; check the selected market before placing an order. The initial forex markets, EUR/USD and USD/JPY on Lighter, trade around the clock subject to venue availability and fresh market data. Browse available markets Are my trades executed on a real exchange? No. Fills, positions, and balances are simulated using real market data. No order is sent to an exchange to open a real position. What are commissions? Commissions are execution fees charged on every fill, including entry and exit. Each fee uses the filled quantity multiplied by the execution price, not just the margin you put up. Partial fills are charged only on the quantity that fills. The commission is 0.03% for crypto, 0.0025% for forex, and 0.005% for stocks, commodities, and indices. Maker and taker rates are the same. A $10,000 crypto entry costs $3, and a $10,000 exit costs another $3, for $6 total. Leverage does not change the fee on an otherwise identical fill. Hourly swap fees are separate holding costs; see “What trading fees do I pay?” for the current schedule. What leverage and position limits apply? The order ticket shows the leverage available for the selected market. Market caps, personal leverage settings, account limits, available collateral, and existing exposure can further restrict an order. Review a rejection’s explanation before changing or resubmitting it. What trading fees do I pay? You pay a commission on each fill and an hourly swap fee while a position remains open. Both long and short positions pay swap fees. The schedule below shows the current rates. Fee Rate Execution Fee (Crypto) 0.03% per fill (maker and taker) Execution Fee (Forex) 0.0025% per fill (maker and taker) Execution Fee (Stocks, Indices & Commodities) 0.005% per fill (maker and taker) Liquidation Penalty 0.1% added on top of the taker fee when a position is liquidated Crypto Swap Fee 0.03% per day, charged every hour Forex Swap Fee 0.005% per day, charged every hour Stocks, Indices & Commodities Swap Fee 0.015% per day, charged every hour Each hourly swap charge uses the position’s notional at the applicable mark price and one twenty-fourth of the daily rate. Charges continue during scheduled market closures using the latest valid closing mark. A position closed before the next hourly charge does not pay that charge. Venue funding rates shown in the terminal are informational. They do not change your balance or replace the fixed swap fee. Spread and slippage can also affect execution prices. What are market exposure caps? An exposure cap limits the combined open notional on a market across accounts in the same challenge-product and account-size group. Long and short exposure both count. An increase that would exceed the cap is rejected; reducing exposure remains allowed. Caps can differ by market, product, and account size. View market exposure caps Is news trading allowed? Yes, during the evaluation. There are no restrictions on opening, holding, or closing trades around news events while you are in the evaluation stage. On funded accounts, trading is restricted (not banned) around high-impact news releases — see "Is news trading allowed on funded?" for the specific windows. Can someone else trade my account? No. Your MyFundedPerps account is personal to you. The individual who completes account registration and identity verification must be the person making the trading decisions and controlling the account. You may not: Give another person access to your account. Allow another person to place trades for you. Have a friend, family member, employee, mentor, signal provider, account manager, or third-party trader operate your account. Sell, rent, lease, lend, transfer, or otherwise provide your account to another person. Purchase or operate an account on behalf of another individual. Complete an Evaluation for another person. Pay someone to pass an Evaluation or trade a Funded Account for you. Participate in an account-passing or account-management service. MyFundedPerps may request additional verification when activity suggests that an account may be controlled by someone other than the verified trader. Can I share my device or IP address? Accounts should ordinarily be accessed from devices and networks controlled by the verified account holder. Using the same device to operate accounts belonging to multiple people may result in additional review and may be prohibited where it prevents MyFundedPerps from determining who actually controls an account. Traders may not intentionally disguise, manipulate, or falsify device, browser, network, or location information for the purpose of avoiding MyFundedPerps security, compliance, or risk controls. Are VPNs, proxies, or location-masking services allowed? VPNs, proxies, remote-access tools, anonymization services, location spoofing, and similar technologies may not be used to disguise the identity or physical location of the trader, circumvent geographic restrictions, bypass security controls, or make an account appear to be operated by someone other than the actual trader. MyFundedPerps may restrict or review account access involving VPNs, hosting providers, datacenter IP addresses, residential proxies, remote desktops, virtual machines, or other infrastructure that obscures the true origin of account activity. Can I share my MyFundedPerps login? No. Account credentials must remain under the exclusive control of the verified account holder. Sharing usernames, passwords, authentication codes, sessions, API credentials, authentication tokens, or other account-access information is prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Drawdown and Risk Limits 5 questions What is the maximum drawdown on each plan? Select uses 3% static maximum drawdown, Prime uses 5%, and Signature uses 6%, all measured from starting balance. On a $100,000 account, the initial maximum loss floors are $97,000, $95,000, and $94,000 respectively. Loss limits use equity, including open-position profit or loss. Before the first funded withdrawal, reaching the maximum loss floor breaches the account. On the first withdrawal, that floor locks permanently to starting balance; equity exactly at the locked floor is allowed, but falling below it breaches. What is the type of drawdown? All three plans use static maximum drawdown. The initial maximum loss limit (MLL) is starting balance minus the plan’s drawdown allowance. It does not follow intraday or end-of-day profit highs. For example, a $100,000 Prime account starts with a $95,000 MLL floor. Growing equity to $110,000 leaves that initial floor at $95,000. On the first funded withdrawal, the MLL floor becomes $100,000 permanently. Later withdrawals never move it. The separate daily loss limit continues to apply. Is there a daily loss limit? Yes. Select, Prime, and Signature have a 3% daily loss limit. The dollar allowance is 3% of starting balance, measured from the account’s start-of-day equity, including open-position profit or loss. The trading day resets at midnight New York time. On a $100,000 account, the daily allowance is $3,000. If start-of-day equity is $102,000, that day’s loss floor is $99,000. Reaching or falling below the daily loss floor fails the account. A new day does not reopen a failed account. What happens if I breach a rule? A risk-rule breach can fail the account, close its positions, and cancel its outstanding orders. Trading stops on that account. Review the failure reason and account history, and contact support if you believe the result is incorrect. What time does the daily loss limit reset? At 12:00 a.m. (midnight) New York time, using America/New_York with daylight saving time. This is 04:00 UTC during Eastern Daylight Time and 05:00 UTC during Eastern Standard Time. The new trading day’s equity, including open-position profit or loss, becomes the daily-loss reference. The dollar allowance remains 3% of starting balance. The reset does not change the maximum loss floor or restore a failed account. Passing an Evaluation 4 questions What do I need to do to pass? Reach your plan’s profit target in realized balance without breaching the daily loss or maximum loss limit. Select requires 9%, Prime 12%, and Signature 10% of starting balance. There is no consistency rule or minimum trading-day requirement. Keep every requirement clear until the dashboard records the account as Passed. Open profit alone does not complete the realized profit target. A passed evaluation stops accepting new trades and shows the next funding step. Is there a consistency rule? No. There is no consistency rule on any plan. Your profits can come from any number of trades or trading days, as long as you reach the Profit Target without breaching the Daily Loss Limit or Maximum Loss Limit. Are there minimum trading days in the evaluation? No. There are no minimum trading days required during the evaluation. You can pass as soon as you reach the Profit Target, provided you have not breached the Daily Loss Limit or Maximum Loss Limit. What happens after I pass? Follow the dashboard’s funding path: complete identity verification through Sumsub, then review and sign the customer agreement. A current approved identity check can be reused across your accounts. Eligible accounts receive a separate funded account. Some applications require Funding Review, including those that would exceed the allocation limits. Follow the status shown on the dashboard; do not repeat completed verification or signing steps. Confirm that the new account is Funded and Active before trading. Funded Accounts 6 questions Is the funded account real capital? No. A funded account also uses simulated capital and simulated execution. Eligible profits can support a payout request under the funded account’s terms; an account balance is not itself cash available to withdraw. Does the funded account have a profit target or time limit? A funded account has no further evaluation profit target or evaluation completion deadline. It still has risk rules, any applicable inactivity requirement, and payout conditions. Review the account’s rules and agreement. For Select, Prime, and Signature, requesting a payout requires at least $100 of available gross profit in the current cycle. There is no minimum trading-day count, qualifying-day requirement, or consistency gate for these plans. Do the trading rules still apply on a funded account? Yes. The trading rules continue to apply once your account is funded. You must continue to stay within all applicable risk limits and trading rules, including the Daily Loss Limit and Maximum Loss Limit, to keep the funded account in good standing. Can I sell, share, or transfer my account? No. Keep your account personal and do not share credentials, sell access, or transfer it to someone else. Managing several challenge accounts through your own login is different from sharing a personal account. Can I keep trading while a payout request is pending? No. A pending payout request locks trading on that funded account while the request is decided. Check the request status before resuming. Is news trading allowed on funded? On funded accounts, trading is restricted around every "high-impact" (red-folder) news event, based on how close you are to the release: More than 10 minutes before the release: normal trading. If a position is already open at this point, it can be held straight through the announcement. 10 minutes before to 2 minutes before: no new exposure. No new positions, no adding to existing ones, no reversing, and nothing else that increases exposure in the affected market. 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after: no manual trades of any kind. If you want to be flat for the release, close or reduce your position before this window starts. Restricted events include FOMC decisions and statements, CPI, PPI, Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP), GDP, Retail Sales, Unemployment/Employment reports, PCE inflation, and rate decisions from the ECB, BOE, and BOJ, plus any other event classified as "High Impact"/red-folder on our economic calendar. For individual stocks and equity perpetuals, company earnings announcements are restricted too, whether they land before market open (BMO), after market close (AMC), or during the trading session. Payouts and Profit Splits 8 questions What profit split do I get? The standard split is 80% to you and 20% to MyFundedPerps. You can choose the 90/10 upgrade during checkout; it cannot be added to an existing account. Review the upgrade price and final total before buying. How often can I request a payout? Each eligible funded account can submit one payout request per New York calendar day. The allowance resets at midnight America/New_York, including daylight saving time. It is not a rolling 24-hour wait. Separate funded accounts each have their own allowance. A pending request must finish and all eligibility gates must be clear before another request can be submitted. Rejected requests still consume that day’s allowance, and submitted requests cannot be cancelled. The daily window is a request allowance, not a promise of same-day payment. Is there a minimum payout? Yes. The minimum is $100 of gross profit before the split. That pays $80 to you with an 80/20 split or $90 with a 90/10 split. The request form accepts your net share and shows the gross amount deducted from the account before you confirm. How are payouts paid, and how long do they take? Cash payouts use the connected Rise account. Complete the invitation and onboarding in the Payouts panel, and check the email carefully. You can also take store credit or split the request between cash and credit. Payout requests are manually reviewed. Review and delivery can take longer than the daily request window; submitting a request does not guarantee an immediate transfer. Track the decision and delivery status in Payout History. Open Payouts What conditions must be met before I can request a payout? Your funded account must be active, with no pending payout, and its daily request allowance must be available. Close every position, cancel resting orders, and wait for working orders, including TWAP orders, to settle. You need at least $100 of available gross profit in the current payout cycle. Select, Prime, and Signature have no minimum trading-day or qualifying-day requirement, consistency gate, payout count cap, or lifetime payout cap. The form shows the first unmet condition and checks eligibility again when you submit. Requests remain subject to review. What happens to my account after a payout is approved? The full gross payout is deducted from the funded account and a new payout cycle begins. Profit retained below the new cycle baseline becomes a balance buffer rather than profit available for another withdrawal. On the first withdrawal, the maximum loss limit (MLL) floor locks permanently to starting balance. Later withdrawals never move it. Equity exactly at that locked floor is allowed; falling below it breaches. The 3% daily loss rule still applies. For example, receiving $3,200 at an 80/20 split deducts $4,000 gross. Withdrawing all $4,000 of profit leaves no buffer above the locked MLL floor. Review Balance After Payout before confirming. What time do payout requests reset? At 12:00 a.m. (midnight) New York time: 04:00 UTC during Eastern Daylight Time or 05:00 UTC during Eastern Standard Time. The Payouts panel shows your next window in local and Eastern time. Midnight renews the daily request allowance. It does not approve or pay an existing request, and a pending request must finish before you can submit another. Can I redeem a payout for store credit? Yes. Choose 100% cash through Rise, 100% store credit, or a split between the two. The store-credit portion receives a 10% boost: converting $100 grants $110 in store credit when the payout is paid. Store credit cannot be withdrawn as cash. The full requested amount still counts toward the payout-cycle deduction; the boost increases the credit you receive without increasing the gross amount deducted from the funded account. Prohibited Trading Activity 3 questions What trading behavior is prohibited? MyFundedPerps is designed to evaluate the trading ability and risk management of the individual who purchased and verified the account. Any activity intended to manipulate the evaluation, circumvent risk controls, exploit the platform, misrepresent the identity of the trader, or create risk materially different from ordinary discretionary trading is prohibited. Violations may result in trades being removed, profits being adjusted, payout requests being denied, accounts being breached or terminated, and, in serious or repeated cases, suspension or permanent restriction from MyFundedPerps. What happens if I break the rules? Prohibited activity can lead to disqualification, removal of affected simulated gains, suspension, or termination. Funding and payout reviews can require additional information. Check the relevant notice and contact support about the decision; the Terms of Use and Trading Disclaimer govern enforcement. Can I trade multiple accounts together or copy trades between accounts? The built-in Copy Trading settings let you create a lead-and-follower group from eligible active challenge accounts owned by your personal login. Followers undergo independent collateral and rule checks, so their fills and results can differ. Manual follower trading is locked while copying or stop cleanup is active. Account sharing and cross-account hedging remain prohibited. What specific trading strategies are prohibited? 14 questions Cross Hedging Opening opposing or substantially offsetting positions across multiple accounts in order to reduce or eliminate economic risk is prohibited. This includes cross hedging: Between two or more MyFundedPerps accounts. Between Evaluation and Funded Accounts. Between accounts belonging to different individuals. Between household members, friends, partners, employees, or affiliated traders. Through coordinated long/short positions where one account is expected to win as another loses. Across different account sizes, challenge types, or models when the positions are intended to offset one another. Through economically equivalent or highly correlated instruments when used primarily to circumvent this rule. MyFundedPerps may evaluate the economic substance of the trades rather than only whether the exact same symbol was traded. High-Frequency Trading (HFT) High-frequency trading strategies designed to generate unusually large numbers of orders, trades, modifications, or cancellations over very short periods of time are prohibited. This includes strategies intended to exploit execution speed, infrastructure differences, matching-engine behavior, price-feed delays, or similar technological advantages rather than directional market risk. Latency Arbitrage Trading based on delays or discrepancies between MyFundedPerps pricing and another exchange, broker, data provider, oracle, or price feed is prohibited. This includes trading stale prices or attempting to anticipate a MyFundedPerps price update using a faster external feed. Price-Feed or Data-Feed Exploitation Traders may not intentionally trade prices they know or reasonably should know are stale, delayed, frozen, incorrect, mispriced, or otherwise erroneous. Execution Exploitation Any strategy intended to exploit order-processing delays, fill logic, slippage calculations, liquidation logic, mark-price calculations, spread calculations, or other execution-system behavior is prohibited. Quote Stuffing / Excessive Order Activity Submitting, modifying, or cancelling excessive numbers of orders for the purpose of stressing the system, obtaining an execution advantage, manipulating displayed liquidity, or otherwise exploiting platform infrastructure is prohibited. Spoofing and Layering Placing orders without a genuine intent to execute them, including orders intended to create a false appearance of supply, demand, liquidity, buying pressure, or selling pressure, is prohibited. Wash Trading / Self-Trading A trader may not intentionally or knowingly trade against themselves, directly or indirectly, or coordinate transactions that economically cancel one another for the purpose of generating volume, manipulating results, or satisfying account requirements. Group Hedging / Coordinated Trading Multiple traders may not coordinate trades, divide positions, mirror strategies, intentionally take opposing positions, or otherwise work together to manufacture passing accounts, protect funded accounts, guarantee payouts, or circumvent individual account risk. Account Cycling / Sacrificial Accounts Using one or more accounts as intentionally disposable accounts to protect, hedge, transfer risk to, or increase the expected return of another account is prohibited. Evaluation Gambling and Repeated Maximum-Risk Attempts Traders may not repeatedly purchase or reset evaluations for the purpose of placing maximum-risk, all-or-nothing, or substantially binary trades in an attempt to pass through chance rather than consistent trading performance. This includes treating evaluation fees as “lottery tickets,” intentionally risking the account’s full allowable loss on one or a small number of positions, or repeatedly using the same high-risk strategy across new evaluations after prior failures. We may review activity across all accounts associated with a trader. Accounts exhibiting this behavior may be denied funding, breached, closed, or made ineligible for refunds, rewards, or payouts. Risk-Free or Near Risk-Free Exploitation Strategies structured primarily to manufacture a nearly guaranteed outcome across accounts, platforms, instruments, markets, promotions, or platform rules may be prohibited when they defeat the purpose of evaluating genuine trading performance. Platform, Bug, or Rule Exploitation Taking advantage of software bugs, calculation errors, pricing errors, race conditions, API vulnerabilities, configuration mistakes, unintended platform behavior, or obvious loopholes is prohibited. If a trader discovers a potential platform error, the trader should report it rather than attempt to profit from it. Is automated trading allowed? Automated trading must use the documented MyFundedPerps API. You must not attempt to access or call the internal APIs used by the website, including endpoints exposed through browser developer tools or browser network requests. The use of automation does not exempt a trader from any trading rule. Any algorithm, bot, Expert Advisor, API strategy, script, trading agent, or other automated system that engages in prohibited activity remains prohibited. Automation may not be used for HFT, latency arbitrage, quote stuffing, platform exploitation, cross-account coordination, risk-limit circumvention, or any other prohibited strategy. MyFundedPerps may impose additional limitations on automated strategies where they create excessive infrastructure usage or materially different execution behavior from ordinary trading. Payments, Refunds, Crypto Payments, and Points 9 questions What payment methods are accepted? Checkout supports card and cryptocurrency payment options when available. Complete payment through the secure provider interface and use only the methods shown for your order. Check the final total before submitting. Which countries are not supported for card payments? Card payments are unavailable when your billing country or region is one of the 92 listed below. If you are eligible to use MyFundedPerps, please pay with cryptocurrency using the options shown at checkout. We’re working on supporting card payments in more countries soon. We’ll update this FAQ as support becomes available. Card-payment restrictions are separate from the platform’s country restrictions. If your country or region is restricted from using MyFundedPerps, you cannot purchase a challenge with either card or cryptocurrency. See “Restricted Countries and Regions” in this FAQ. Contact support before purchasing if you are unsure which payment methods are available for your billing country. Can I pay with cryptocurrency? Yes, when the crypto option is available at checkout. Follow the provider’s displayed payment, network, amount, and expiry instructions. Wait for confirmed payment; a submitted or partial payment does not by itself issue a challenge. What is the refund policy? You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase only if the challenge has had no trading activity, including placing trades, opening positions, or accessing market data, and the purchase meets the other Refund Policy conditions. Eligible refunds are the amount paid minus a non-refundable $25 fee and are returned to the original payment method. Purchases already consumed, transferred, replaced, credited, or refunded are not eligible. The policy includes exceptions where required by applicable law. Contact support with your full name, account email, challenge or order number, and reason for the request. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Read the Refund Policy When do I get access after paying? Your evaluation account is issued after successful payment verification. Find it in the dashboard account switcher and check Purchase History for the order status. If payment is pending or its status is unavailable, check the existing order before attempting another payment. Can I use a discount or referral code? Checkout applies the PERPS offer automatically when available. To use another eligible discount or affiliate code, replace PERPS and wait for the confirmed discount and updated total before paying. Only one code applies; discounts do not stack. Affiliate commission requires the affiliate’s code on the purchase at checkout. A referral link alone does not credit a purchase. Correct or remove a rejected code before payment. Can I use someone else's credit or debit card? Payment methods must comply with MyFundedPerps' payment and verification requirements. You may not use stolen, unauthorized, fraudulently obtained, or improperly shared payment information. MyFundedPerps may request verification where the name of the cardholder or payment-account holder differs from the MyFundedPerps account holder. Payment methods may not be shared across accounts for the purpose of concealing common ownership, circumventing account restrictions, creating duplicate accounts, abusing promotions, or avoiding fraud controls. What is store credit? Store credit is a balance on your account that you can use to buy new accounts. You can earn it through payouts or by opening reward cases. At checkout, your store credit is automatically applied toward the purchase price. Store Credit expires after 45 days. What are FP points? FP Points are rewards points that can be redeemed for cases on the rewards page. Points are earned via account purchases, affiliate revenue, or special tasks. FP Points expire after 90 days. KYC and Account Verification 6 questions When do I need to verify my identity? Identity verification is part of becoming funded after the final evaluation pass. Follow the dashboard’s funding path, then complete the customer agreement. An existing approved identity check may be reused; do not create another personal login to repeat verification. Who performs the verification? Sumsub provides the identity check. Submit identity documents through its secure verification flow, not in a support message. Follow the dashboard status if additional information is needed. What personal information is collected? The service collects account and contact information and the identity, billing, and compliance information needed for its workflows. Payment and identity providers handle their secure submission flows. Read the Privacy Policy for the details of collection, use, sharing, and retention. Is there an age requirement? Yes. You must be at least 18 and meet the legal-age requirement in your jurisdiction. Identity verification checks eligibility. Are any countries restricted? Yes. The platform restricts participation from certain countries and checks eligibility during onboarding, checkout, and funding. Restrictions can change. Contact support before purchasing if you are unsure whether your country of residence is supported. Can I share my identity or verification information? No. Identity verification is personal to the account holder. You may not: Allow another person to use your identification documents. Use another person's identification documents. Complete KYC or identity verification on behalf of another trader. Allow another person to complete verification for you. Create an account using another person's identity. Falsify your age, residence, nationality, identity, or other account information. Submit altered, forged, borrowed, stolen, or misleading documents. Create duplicate identities or accounts intended to circumvent restrictions. Identity sharing or identity misrepresentation may result in permanent account restrictions. Platform and Technical Questions 5 questions Where does the market data come from? Reference prices and order books use the source venue shown for each market. Sources include Hyperliquid, Binance, Bybit, and Lighter; the initial EUR/USD and USD/JPY forex markets use Lighter. Execution, positions, and balances remain simulated. Your orders are not sent to these venues to open real positions. Browse markets and sources Do I need to install anything to trade? No. You can trade in a supported web browser. You can also use the app’s install instructions to add it to your device where supported; installation options depend on your browser and operating system. How do I contact support? Open Support and search the published FAQ under Before You Contact Us. If you still need help, choose Message Support. Choose View Conversations to return to your Intercom conversations, and sign in to associate the conversation with your account. Include your account ID, order or purchase reference, approximate time, and any error or support reference. Never share passwords or authentication codes. Read the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Trading Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and Affiliate Terms on the website. Review the applicable documents before purchasing or joining a program. Terms of Use Privacy Policy Trading Disclaimer Refund Policy Affiliate Terms Restricted Countries and Regions MyFundedPerps does not permit users located in, residing in, or otherwise accessing the platform from restricted countries or regions. Users may not use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, third party, false address, or other method to conceal or misrepresent their location in order to bypass geographic restrictions. The following countries and regions are currently restricted: Afghanistan Belarus Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) Central African Republic Republic of the Congo Cuba Guinea Haiti Iraq Iran Kenya Cambodia North Korea Libya Mali Myanmar Philippines Pakistan Russia Sudan Somalia South Sudan Syria Taiwan Ukraine Uzbekistan Venezuela U.S. Virgin Islands Vietnam Yemen Rule: Users from restricted jurisdictions may not purchase challenges, open or operate accounts, trade, receive funding, or request payouts through MyFundedPerps. Attempting to circumvent these restrictions through VPNs, proxies, location spoofing, identity sharing, third-party accounts, payment methods belonging to others, or any other means is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of eligibility for payouts, and permanent restriction from the platform. This list currently contains 30 restricted countries and regions and may be updated at any time based on legal, regulatory, compliance, payment-provider, or risk requirements. Affiliates and Promotions 3 questions How does the affiliate program work? Apply from the Affiliates page or join through a team invitation. Approved affiliates receive a code and dashboard for attributed challenge purchases, commission, reward tiers, and payout requests. The rate shown on Share & Earn applies to attributed purchases. Reward tiers do not change commission rates, although the team can assign an individual rate. Commission becomes available after the refund hold; refunded or invalid sales can reverse it. Affiliate payouts are separate from funded trader payouts. Check the affiliate Payouts tab for available commission and the applicable minimum, which is at least $100. Affiliate payout requests are approved on the last Friday of each month and paid through Rise. Open Affiliates How does referral attribution work? A purchase earns affiliate commission only when the affiliate’s code is applied at checkout. A referral link alone does not credit a purchase. Check the code and confirmed total before payment; only one checkout code can apply. Referral-link attribution uses the most recent affiliate link within the window shown on Share & Earn. Partner links use a separate seven-day attribution window when attribution cookies are allowed; they do not apply a discount or change affiliate commission. What promotion methods are not allowed for affiliates? Read the current Affiliate Terms before promoting the platform.
